  • Specialty cleaning projects (e.g., hoarding, loss recovery, organization help)

Service availability may vary by location. Bookings are subject to confirmation.

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • You may request services through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • A confirmed appointment may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the service.
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide clear access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
  • If access is denied or delayed beyond 15 minutes, a rescheduling or lockout fee may apply.
  • Please secure valuables, remove pets, and inform us of any specific cleaning instructions or concerns ahead of time.

4. Supplies and Equipment

  • We bring our own cleaning supplies and tools unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If you prefer we use your products, please ensure they are available and in working condition.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms have been arranged.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments (Cash App, Zelle, etc.).
  • Returned payments or disputes may result in additional fees.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damage and Liability

  • We treat your property with care. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will notify you and work toward a fair resolution.
  • We are insured, but not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installations, or unstable furnishings.

8. Use of Client Photos or Testimonials

  • With your permission, we may feature before-and-after photos of our work or share testimonials on our website or social media.
  • No identifying details will be published without your written consent.
